Trained as a Civil and Structural Engineer, Steven began career life as an engineer involved in diverse projects like the Mass Rapid Transit tunnelling, numerous commercial, industrial and residential building projects. His detailed understanding of construction of buildings fostered in him a love of real estate. Steven followed his love of property into a career in real estate and established the company T.C.N. Property Agencies in 1987. He has never looked back since. Driven by his passion for real estate, the company flourished and grew from strength to strength. He has built up many strategic contacts in the banking and finance industry, building industry, and various professional fields. Possessing an outgoing personality, Steven has established a wide network of connections throughout the various fields and industries. Over the years, he has amassed a sizeable database and gained a wealth of experience and local knowledge of the Singapore property market. His many clients benefit from his astute insights on the property market honed from decades of experience. Clientele have been forged spanning numerous countries in the Asia-Pacific Region and beyond and many clients have become staunch friends.
